The Beehive is situated in the village of Oakamoor in the Staffordshire Moorlands, only 1.5 miles from Alton Towers, with Dimmingsdale and the Roaches nearby.
Arriving by car:
We are situated off the B5147 road in Oakamoor. Turn off at The Cricketers Arms and then take the first left and immediately left again into Churnet View Road. We are situated about 50m on your right.
Arriving by train:
The nearest train stations are Uttoxeter, Blythe Bridge and Stoke on Trent. From here you will need to take a taxi. Both Stoke on Trent and Uttoxeter have taxis outside the station, or

Moorlands Connect is a pre-bookable bus service that operates between the villages in Staffordshire Moorlands and stops off at Alton Towers. You can download the booking app or phone 01335 342951 (during office hours) to book. Find out more at www.moorlandsconnect.co.uk
Prices start from £3.50 for an adult. The service operates Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm, and Sundays (April to Sept) 9am to 5pm.
Pick up location is Churnet Bridge, Oakamoor. For those using the app, you can check the current location of the bus as it comes to pick you up.
