We received a lovely gift this week from a family from Kent who recently stayed with us. In the spirit of sharing local delicacies they sent us their local Chapel Down “Garden of England” gin and cider to try after enjoying our home made Staffordshire oatcakes during their stay. They enjoyed our oatcakes so much we gave them our recipe so they can continue to enjoy these at home. A massive thank you to them.
Steve and I will enjoy sampling one of the enclosed cocktail recipes in our garden on a night off.
